About the Position

As a key member of our Quality Assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. This is an exciting opportunity to join our fast-paced and dedicated team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technology.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Customer Success, to deliver high-quality software features.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing test plans to verify the functionality of our software features
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and records of testing activities
  • Identifying and reporting defects, errors, and inconsistencies in our software applications
  • Collaborating with developers and product managers to resolve issues and improve software quality
  • Participating in Agile development methodologies and Scrum ceremonies

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance
  • Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Scrum principles
  • Ability to write effective test cases and maintain detailed documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with automation tools and techniques (bonus)
