Senior Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Visual Designer to join our creative team. The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for creating visually striking and engaging design solutions across various media, including print, digital, and multimedia.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Develop high-quality visual concepts, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and campaign objectives.">
  3. Create design layouts for digital, print, and multimedia projects, including social media, websites, advertisements, packaging, and promotional materials.">
  4. Collaborate with team leads and other team members to brainstorm ideas and bring creative concepts to life.">
  5. Oversight of junior designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring design consistency across all projects.">
  6. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure designs communicate effectively with the target audience.">
  7. Maintenance of all visual content on-brand, visually appealing, and meeting the highest design standards.">
  8. Stay updated on design trends, software, and tools to maintain cutting-edge designs.">
  9. Management of multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.">

Qualifications:

  1. ">
  2. Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar visual design role.">
  3. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design software.">
  4. Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work, from digital to print.">
  5. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.">
  6. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design ideas clearly.">
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.">
  8. A passion for creativity, innovation, and a keen eye for emerging design trends.">
