Sports Program Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sports coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sports programs for children, promoting physical activity and healthy lifestyles.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver sports programs for children of varying ages and abilities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local schools and community organizations to promote the program.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the program.
- Provide training and support to staff and volunteers on sports programming and delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physical Education, Health, and Sports Sciences or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sports coordination, program development, and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
