WordPress Developer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of WordPress developer. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting our development team in creating and maintaining websites using the WordPress platform.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in WordPress development tools, including WordPress CMS, WooCommerce, and other third-party plugins. Additionally, they should possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, and the capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of WordPress websites.
  • Help with website design and layout.
  • Help with content updates and management.
  • Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client requirements.
  • Develop custom functionality and integrations for WordPress websites.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure optimal website performance, security, and SEO.
  • Collaborate with clients and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and best practices.
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure websites are user-friendly, responsive, and meet the client's requirements.
  • Provide support and maintenance for existing WordPress websites.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in WordPress development.
  • Strong proficiency in WordPress development tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
