Job Overview:

Hazen Technologies Inc. is a South Florida based technology and business process outsourcing company specializing in software development consultancy and back-office outsourcing work.

We are hiring a new sales team to drive our growth and development plans for 2025 and beyond.

Responsibilities:

As a Lead Sales Growth Strategist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing outreach strategies, and analyzing team performance metrics.

You will also supervise and mentor a team of SDRs, providing regular feedback and delivering targeted coaching to optimize results.

In addition, you will partner with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation processes, messaging, and campaign execution.

Requirements:
  • Minimum undergraduate in IT, Business, Marketing, or a related field shall be preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Sales Development including lead generation, qualification and closure or equivalent role, with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong understanding of BPO and IT services offerings, market dynamics, and client needs.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and market analysis.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Expertise in selling IT/Software and BPO services, particularly in U.S. markets.
  • Proficient in English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics.
