We are seeking an experienced Continental Chef to join our team. As a Continental Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of Continental dishes.

You will work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation & Cooking:
  • Preparing and cooking Continental dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensuring high-quality food presentation and taste.
  • Following established recipes and techniques to maintain consistency.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Managing inventory and ordering supplies.
  • Ensuring adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Menu Development & Specials:
  • Potentially contributing to menu planning and development.
  • Preparing daily specials and seasonal dishes.
  • Staff Supervision & Training:
  • Supervising and instructing junior chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Providing training on cooking techniques and food safety.
  • Other Duties:
  • Assisting other chefs with tasks as needed.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
