Job Title: Network Operations Leader

Job Description:

The role of a Network Operations Leader is to oversee the management of access network operations for cell sites within a designated cluster or business unit.

The individual in this position will be responsible for ensuring that all network uptime and SLA compliance targets are met, while also managing vendor performance and achieving assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

They will work closely with the Zonal Manager, Technology Operations, to ensure that all mobile operators in the same area of responsibility receive efficient service coordination.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecom, or Computer Science with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
  • B.Tech with a minimum of 4 years' experience in telecommunications field operations.
  • Expertise in power infrastructure on BTS cell sites, including AC & DC systems, rectifiers, and RMS troubleshooting.
  • Experience in preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance of non-telco equipment.
  • Strong customer-centric approach to identify and fix network issues.
  • Flexibility to work extended hours during operational emergencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage small to medium-sized teams.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, hard worker with out-of-the-box thinking.
