Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the home care category, including procurement tasks, supplier relations, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with category managers and procurement leads to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Analyze consumer buying trends and use data-driven insights to refine procurement and product selection.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and delivery timelines.
  • Ensure the availability of high-demand products and monitor inventory levels.
  • Stay up-to-date on market movements in the home care sector, including detergent price fluctuations and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • >5 years of experience in home care management and supply chain.
  • A strategic thinker with strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with experience in procurement, supply chain, or commodity management.
  • Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
  • Passionate about B2B commerce and driving operational efficiency.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
