About the Role

The role of a Client Success Analyst is crucial in ensuring that our software meets the needs of our clients. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal part in delivering high-quality products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Feature Testing & Validation: Thoroughly review and test product features to ensure they align with user expectations, functional requirements, and performance benchmarks.
  • User Journey Simulation: Simulate real-life user scenarios to uncover bugs, usability issues, and other experience-breaking flaws, ensuring a seamless and intuitive product flow.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and designers to understand product goals and provide actionable insights to enhance usability and functionality.
  • Client Interaction & Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, incorporate their feedback, and ensure regular updates to maintain transparency and satisfaction.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear, concise documentation of bugs, feedback, test results, and product insights to support efficient issue tracking and prioritization.
  • Knowledge Asset Development: Prepare user manuals, product documentation, onboarding guides, and other artefacts as needed to support internal teams and end-users.
  • Problem Solving & Ideation: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to propose user-centric solutions that address client needs and business goals.
  • Internal Reviews & Decision Support: Participate in internal product review sessions, representing the end-user perspective and contributing to data-informed decision-making.
  • Product Rollout Support: Assist in product launches by monitoring performance, capturing early feedback, and tracking success metrics to support continuous improvement.
