Site Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Site Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful installation and commissioning of Ericsson Transmission and Radio equipment.

• You will train and coach teams on installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Verify site readiness, survey data, and material delivery against standards to ensure compliance with environmental health and safety regulations.
• Oversee installations as per industry standards and guidelines, providing support for on-site commissioning and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely uploads of data/photos for review sessions and follow up on observations until cleared.
• Support dismantling, packing, and material handling, managing customer acceptance and providing ongoing support to teams.
• Conduct quality audits, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with key performance indicators.

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong expertise in Ericsson Transmission, knowledge of microwave antennas, radio experience, RF skills, civil and site survey knowledge, basic software commissioning experience, and environmental health and safety certifications.
