About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Use this information to define product features and unique differentiators.
  • Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with consultants and stakeholders to refine product strategies and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Product Definition: Determine the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) based on market research, customer feedback, and available development resources.
  • Actionable Plans: Translate insights into actionable product plans that drive business growth.
  • Functional Requirements: Create comprehensive Functional Requirements Specifications (FRS) for MVPs in collaboration with the development team.
  • Product Development: Develop and oversee product workflows, implementation architectures, mockups, business decisions, data models, JIRA stories, UI, and algorithms.
  • Continuous Deployment and Integration: Manage and monitor the development of Continuous Deployment (CD) and Continuous Integration (CI) pipelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure product quality by overseeing QA processes and defining passing criteria for UI, backend, and algorithms.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer and consultant feedback to make iterative improvements to the product.
  • Future Releases: Define features and timelines for future releases, ensuring seamless integration with existing implementations.
  • Resource Allocation: Plan and allocate resources effectively for each stage of the product lifecycle.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between development teams, stakeholders, and customers to align product goals with business objectives.
  • Update Presentations: Present clear and concise updates on product status, timelines, and improvements to all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in engineering or a related technical field.
  • Professional Experience:
  • Proven experience leading product management in an agile environment, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and wireframing/mockup tools.
  • Key Skills:
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to drive business growth.
  • Organizational and Project Management Skills: Exceptional organizational and project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical and non-technical information effectively.
  • QA Processes and CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with QA processes and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
