Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Implementation Specialist

We seek an experienced implementation specialist to work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) projects, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation, a strong understanding of business processes, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in D365 F&O implementations, focusing on design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct workshops to gather client requirements, document business needs, and assist in functional design.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis to ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
  • Configure and support finance, supply chain, procurement, and other related modules.
  • Deliver post-implementation support, user training, and system enhancements to ensure seamless adoption.
  • Successfully manage at least one full-cycle ERP implementation independently.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance:
  • Work closely with senior consultants, technical teams, and project managers to ensure solution delivery meets expectations.
  • Advocate for adherence to standards and best practices in ERP implementations.
  • Participate in testing, documentation, and training activities to enhance end-user experience.
  • Support troubleshooting of ERP-related issues and provide necessary resolutions.
Client Success & Process Improvement:
  • Engage with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and requirements.
  • Assist with data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live preparations.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and perception of the consultant's expertise and service quality.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure successful user adoption and process improvements.
