Job Title: Senior User Experience Designer

Overview:

Our organization is seeking a seasoned UI/UX designer to join our team. This role will focus on creating visually appealing and user-centric designs for our applications and websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create modern, responsive, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to translate design mockups into code, providing guidance on tools like Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, CSS Grid, or Flexbox.
  • Develop detailed design handoffs using Zeplin, Figma Inspect, or similar tools.
  • Recommend frontend libraries or UI frameworks that align with design intent and performance goals.
  • Perform UX/UI audits and usability testing to identify friction points and propose design improvements.
  • Document UI behavior, animations, spacing, and interactions using Design Tokens, Style Guides, or Component Libraries.
  • Log bugs and enhancements using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana, and follow up with development teams to ensure resolution.

Preferred Tools & Skills:

  • Design: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Frontend Understanding: HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass, JavaScript basics
  • Prototyping & Handoff: Figma, Zeplin, InVision Testing: Responsively App, Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse, Hotjar
  • Collaboration & Task Management: Jira, Trello, Slack, Notion
  • Bonus Skills: Knowledge of component-based design (e.g., React components), accessibility (WCAG), and performance optimization

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in UI/UX design with front end implementation exposure
  • Strong eye for detail and consistency
  • Solid communication skills to act as the bridge between creative and technical teams
