Job Title: Assistant Manager Administration

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to take on a leadership role within our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will assist the Head of Administration in managing the administrative team, including operational and maintenance personnel as well as security staff. You will be responsible for providing support to the Head for smooth operations, managing knowledge of office administrative matters, and dealing with government departments such as police and labor department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to the Head for smooth operations
  • Manage knowledge of office administrative matters, including general purchases, company asset maintenance, pool car management, and daily routine tasks/security issues
  • Deal with government departments such as police and labor department
  • Manage security issues and team closely with full responsibility
  • Update records of diesel consumption, generator running, and bring diesel for genset
  • Verify fuel consumption reports on a monthly basis
  • Check and maintain janitorial staff, round factory time to time, for cleaning and workers discipline
  • Visit the factory regularly to check electrical appliances/equipment for faults or cleaning issues and get them solved by maintenance staff
  • Maintain service/repair all company vehicles in coordination with drivers incharge
  • Maintain company assets list and upkeep maintenance/repair of all
  • Supervise and look after carpentry & civil works after approving the projects
  • Attend workers complaints for transportation and solve within policy
