Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate relationships with clients and partners
- Liaise with units across the Bank and collaborate with team members at headquarters and in Pakistan
- Draft various documents, including reports and presentations, with attention to detail and grammar
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, shared drives, and desktop publishing skills to produce complex text and graphics
- Monitor schedules, track changes, and communicate information to relevant staff
- Assist in preparation and logistical planning for events, conferences, and workshops
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in administration or a related field
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Urdu
- Demonstrated initiative, drive for results, and ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with proven ability to work cooperatively with a multi-disciplinary team
