  • A seasoned professional with 6+ years of experience in API Management, specializing in Apigee Edge and Apigee X platforms.
  • Effective requirements gathering, including designing, developing, implementing, and exception handling strategies, to drive business success.
  • Expertise in designing and developing API proxies, encompassing API Products, Portals, Apps, Admin (KVM, Caches, Flow Hooks, TLS keystore Update, Users and Roles creation, Virtual hosts setup).
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain API proxies based on consumer needs, enhancing or maintaining existing APIs to meet evolving demands.
  • Experience in building reusable shared flows for security, transformation, logging & erroring, and leveraging Google Stack driver knowledge to optimize API performance.
  • Familiarity with software development processes and supporting tools, including Postman, for testing and troubleshooting APIs.
  • Detailed understanding of REST APIs/RESTful web services, enabling the design and implementation of efficient and scalable API solutions.
  • Leadership role in conducting requirements gathering workshops and guiding solution design processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Hands-on delivery guidance and project leadership for complex, multi-phased delivery projects, identifying ongoing risks and pain points, and developing mitigation measures to ensure project success.
  • Mentorship and training of internal teams on design and architecture best practices, promoting knowledge sharing and growth within the organization.
  • Proficiency in code, configuration, and build management tools such as GIT and Jenkins, preferred but not required.
