We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support Professional to oversee daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage administrative tasks including document management, record-keeping, and correspondence with precision and efficiency.
- Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement activities ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements providing top-notch support for team members and visitors.
- Maintain and update databases, files, and records with accuracy and precision.
- Support Human Resources functions such as employee onboarding, leave tracking, and documentation ensuring compliance and smooth processes.
- E nsure adherence to relevant regulations preventing potential risks and liabilities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and facility managers to manage office facilities and services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communication effectively utilizing phone calls, emails, and other channels.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents as required by the team or management.
- Contribute to organizing company events and meetings ensuring their success and impact.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role preferably as an Administrative Support Professional or Office Administrator.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interact with team members and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and maintain discretion when necessary.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team are crucial for success in this role.
- Experience with HR-related tasks can be beneficial for this position.
- Familiarity with office procedures and administrative best practices can enhance productivity.
- Knowledge of procurement and vendor management can contribute to effective supply chain management.
