Automotive Sales Leadership Opportunity

PakWheels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Lead Car Transaction to oversee the sales team, drive growth, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

This key role demands strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of the automotive sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Team Management: Direct and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, guaranteeing high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and optimize sales strategies to enhance customer engagement and boost sales performance.
  3. Training and Coaching: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and mentorship to your team members, focusing on best practices for sales techniques and follow-ups.
  4. Daily Meetings: Conduct daily team meetings to communicate goals, review performance metrics, and address challenges.
  5. Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to track team performance metrics such as sales conversions, visit completion ratio, discipline, and improve the customer response time, continuously improving efficiency.
  6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies, ensuring seamless coordination and enhanced overall performance.
  7. Sales Call Monitoring: Monitor sales calls, offering constructive feedback and support to improve communication and sales outcomes.
  8. Sales Targets: Define and communicate clear sales targets for individual members and the team, driving accountability and results.
  9. Culture Development: Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the sales team, promoting professional growth and alignment with business objectives.
  10. Skill Gap Identification: Identify skill gaps and provide coaching to improve performance.
Qualifications:
  1. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute (preferred) or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing and leading sales teams, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  3. Automobile Sales Expertise: Strong expertise in automobile sales, methodologies, and CRM software.
  4. Leadership and Team Management Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills.
  5. Communication and Negotiation Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling skills with the ability to influence both internal teams and customers.
