  • Support the planning, development, and implementation of company-wide training programs.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess learning needs and recommend effective solutions.
  • Manage onboarding, technical training, soft skills development, and leadership programs.
  • Monitor training outcomes and compile reports to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Coordinate external trainers and resources for in-person and online sessions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of L&D processes and content.
  • Utilize LMS tools for training assignments and tracking.
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and blended learning techniques.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.

Certifications in L&D or HR-related fields are highly desirable but not essential.
