  4. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning, execution, and follow-up.
  5. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing valuable insights for product development.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. Prior sales experience in the building materials industry.
  3. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
