Senior Enterprise Applications Development Manager

Objective: Drive the development of web-based enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in designing and developing complex software solutions.
  • Manage offshore software development projects with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely completion and high-quality deliverables.
  • Develop and implement effective project plans, guaranteeing seamless execution and successful project outcomes.
  • Mentor team members in best practices and coaching methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document technical requirements, analyzing complex problems and providing innovative solutions.
  • Communicate project progress and results effectively to senior management and clients, maintaining transparency and open communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  2. 5+ years of experience in web-based enterprise application development using Microsoft technologies.
  3. 2+ years of experience in managing software development teams for offshore projects.
  4. Excellent leadership, coaching, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
  6. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working on healthcare-related projects.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring compliance and adherence to industry norms.
