Quality Assurance Specialist

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. You will be responsible for evaluating and testing our internal system of quality management to ensure compliance with ISQM 1. This includes managing audit and non-audit programs, maintaining leadership dashboards to monitor quality KPIs, and performing root cause analyses to identify potential factors contributing to quality issues.

  1. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure consistent and effective delivery of services.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures and identify areas for improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance quality and efficiency.
  4. Provide training and guidance to junior associates on quality assurance best practices and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in quality control or internal audit with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of company structures, funds, and banking products.
  • Ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders from KYC, Legal, Credit, and Sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
