Financial leadership is a vital component of any organization's success. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Oversee the finance department, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, tax laws, and financial reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with executive management to advise on strategic financial decisions, aligning with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate financial records, prepare reconciliations, and conduct regular audits to ensure transparency and integrity.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, and investors, to resolve financial disputes and address concerns.
Required Skills:
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting software.
  • Strong analytical skills, with expertise in contract law, policy implementation, and advanced mathematics.
  • Experience in maintaining financial security systems, adhering to third-party reporting procedures, and managing company debt.
Educational Requirements:

A ACCA qualification is required for this role.

Experience Requirements:

A minimum of 14 years of relevant experience in finance leadership positions is essential.

Work Environment:

This position will be based at our Head Office, working Monday to Saturday as a permanent employee.
