    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Conduct market research to identify potential target segments and tailor sales pitches effectively.
  • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Mentor and coach the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Sales Performance Tracking and Analysis
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, and revenue generated.
    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
