Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business success.

  • Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth and expansion.
  • Lead the preparation and implementation of detailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance and provide insights for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless financial operations and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably with a strong background in financial planning and analysis.
  • Proficiency in SAP Business One (SAP B1) and other financial software applications.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate high-performing finance teams.
