Customer Support Representative Job Description

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing and handling incoming calls professionally.

You will identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

Frequent follow-up calls to customers at specified dates and times are also part of your duties.

Keeping accurate records of customer interactions is crucial in this role.

You will follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

This position involves managing a large number of outbound and inbound calls.

Additionally, you will follow call center scripts when handling different topics.

Your tasks may include identifying interpreters' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions.

The candidate must be willing to work flexible shift hours. The rotational shift includes working from early morning to late afternoon.
