We are seeking a dynamic individual to manage the daily operations and supervise staff at one of our fast food cafe branches located in Islamabad.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cafe activities and lead the team to achieve high standards
• Manage cash counter transactions with accuracy and precision
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns
• Liaise with suppliers to maintain timely delivery of inventory and supplies
• Maintain quality standards in the cafe, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Previous supervisory experience is an asset
• Matric or equivalent qualification
