Senior Operations Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service center operations in the Central region.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the launch and expansion of service centers, starting with a pilot in Lahore. They will coordinate with key stakeholders and manage the project from staff hiring to negotiating with suppliers and creating a supply chain. The role includes ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the service center, focusing on sales, margins, and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
- Heading the building and launching of a pilot service center in Lahore.
- Coordinating with all stakeholders for the project, working as the owner of the project.
- Coordinating the hiring of staff for the service center.
- Creating a supply chain of products and supplies for the service center.
- Negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service center.
- Expanding service centers in different parts of Lahore and possibly smaller cities.
- Eventually looking after the operations of all service centers in the Central region.
Key Accountabilities:
- Timely completion of projects.
- Launching of projects.
- Complete operation of installations.
- Sales.
- Margins.
- Profitability.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 6-7 years of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or business.
- Project handling skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Retail business experience in the lubricating oil and service industry.
- Experience with lube oil marketing companies is highly desirable.
- Leadership and team handling skills, both blue collar and white collar.
