Customer Experience Specialist - Your Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing, capturing, and prioritizing requirements for our customers' new customer experience initiatives.

This is a crucial role within the Services team because you help our customers realize their customer experience vision. You must manage customer expectations and assist them in translating their vision into a project backlog that can be implemented within time and budget.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of business analysis principles, including requirements gathering, definition, and management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and define project requirements in close collaboration with clients.
  • Run requirements definition workshops to help define customer's Business requirements.
  • Write functional requirements using use case specifications or user stories.
  • Perform business process gap analysis and manage requirement changes.
  • Act as 'product owner' for the project to guide the team in making the right choices to maximize project and customer success.

Requirements:

  • University education and degree (preferably in business or IT).
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a business analysis role, preferably in digital banking.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a client-facing position.
  • Experience in requirements management and/or process modeling.
  • Knowledge of multiple development methodologies, e.g., SCRUM, RUP, Kanban, Waterfall.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Perseverance and pragmatism to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
