Senior Quantity Surveyor Job Opportunity

Welcome to a rewarding career in quantity surveying. We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a strong background in quantity analysis and estimation. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying interim payment certificates, preparing BOQs and detailed estimates for projects, and maintaining accurate daily work done reports from the QS section.

Key Responsibilities
  • Detailed quantity analysis and estimation as per approved drawings, including BOQ verification
  • Verification of interim payment certificates and preparation of BOQs and detailed estimates for projects
  • Accurate maintenance of daily work done reports from the QS section
  • Effective coordination with design, architectural, and site teams
  • Calculation of escalation/de-escalation, checking variations in items and quantities, and ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Preparation of tender/bidding documents using AutoCAD (2D) skills
  • Collaboration with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors
Your Qualifications
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying is mandatory
  • A Diploma in Civil Engineering is necessary
  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations is expected
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
