Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the implementation and maintenance of quality systems, ensuring all products meet defined standards and specifications.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and maintain QA systems to ensure product quality.
  • Monitor production performance and highlight deviations for corrective actions.
  • Coordinate finished goods dispatches and ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Liaise with partner teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
  • Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and support CAPA initiatives.
  • Maintain records and prepare reports for internal use.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 5-7 years of experience in quality assurance or production roles.
  • Experience with third-party manufacturing or KD assembly setups is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; ERP knowledge is a plus.
