Auxiliary Designer

Role Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and creative individual to join our team as an Auxiliary Designer. As part of this role, you will be responsible for designing user-centric interfaces and brand identity systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain comprehensive brand identity systems, including logos, icon sets, typography, and visual guidelines.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital platforms and marketing assets.
  • Develop creative collateral that aligns with product messaging and business objectives.
UI/UX Design:
  • Design seamless, user-centric interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
  • Translate complex user flows into clean, intuitive designs using Figma.
  • Build interactive prototypes to demonstrate user journeys and functionality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to align design strategy with product goals.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and receive feedback constructively.
  • Ensure smooth handoff of finalized assets with detailed specifications for development.
Motion Design & Micro-Interactions:
  • Create subtle animations or micro-interactions to elevate the digital experience.
  • Contribute motion design elements to marketing or onboarding flows.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in a product design and/or brand identity role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, logo systems, iconography, and visual brand guidelines.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
