About the Job:

We are looking for young professionals to join our program and embark on a journey to become a successful SAP Consultant. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to learn and grow in their careers.

Job Description:

The SAP Young Professionals Program is a 2-month training program designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as an SAP Associate Consultant. The program will cover various aspects of SAP technology, including implementation, operation, and optimization of S/4 HANA projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to blueprinting, design, implementation, operation, optimization, and upgrade phase of a S/4 HANA project
  • Provide business process and functional expertise to clients
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and grow referenceable customers through investigation, analysis, consulting, coaching, knowledge transfer, and relationship-building efforts

Requirements:

To be eligible for this program, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Have the legal right to work in Pakistan
  • Be currently unemployed or employed in a part-time/non-permanent role not related to career aspirations
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or AI
  • Have graduated within the last 3 years with a GPA in the top quartile
  • Have a keen interest in an SAP-related career
  • Be fluent in English, both written and spoken

Program Details:

The program will commence online in a virtual live classroom format and will last for approximately 2 months. Full-time availability from 9am - 6pm, Sunday - Thursday, is essential. Candidates must have strong enough internet at home to participate in the program.

Certifications and Benefits:

Participants will gain globally-recognised associate-level SAP Certifications and develop the soft skills needed to prepare them for successful job applications. They will also experience classroom and workshop-based training in SAP Technologies and networking opportunities with the SAP Ecosystem.

Suitable candidates will be selected based on their qualifications, interest in an SAP-related career, and ability to commit to the program's requirements.
