
Sales Executive – Growth and Development

About the Role:
- We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in Gujrat, West Bengal.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales.
- This role involves working closely with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
- A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback purposes.
- In addition, the ideal candidate will set sales goals and develop sales strategies, research prospects, generate leads, contact potential and existing customers, and handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building business relationships by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining client relationships.
- Identifying business opportunities through market research and analysis.
- Selling products by establishing contact with clients, developing relationships, and recommending solutions.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
- At least two (2) years of industry sales experience.
- Strategic leadership ability.
- Fluent English required.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday work schedule.
- Able to commute or relocate to Gujrat, West Bengal.
