About the Role:

  1. We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team in Gujrat, West Bengal.
  2. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service, understanding customer requirements, and closing sales.
  3. This role involves working closely with the sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message.
  4. A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback purposes.
  5. In addition, the ideal candidate will set sales goals and develop sales strategies, research prospects, generate leads, contact potential and existing customers, and handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Building business relationships by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining client relationships.
  2. Identifying business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  3. Selling products by establishing contact with clients, developing relationships, and recommending solutions.
  4. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of industry sales experience.
  • Strategic leadership ability.
  • Fluent English required.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Friday work schedule.
  • Able to commute or relocate to Gujrat, West Bengal.
