Short-Form Video Editing Specialist

We are seeking a talented video editing professional with expertise in crafting engaging short-form content for various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of storytelling principles, music synchronization, sound design, and color grading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, ads, etc.)
  • Craft engaging story-driven content that hooks viewers within the first few seconds
  • Sync video cuts seamlessly with music beats, transitions, and effects to create dynamic edits
  • Enhance videos through sound design, including adding sound effects, ambient sounds, and mixing audio for maximum impact
  • Perform color grading and correction to create visually appealing and consistent aesthetics
  • Collaborate with creative teams to understand brand guidelines and video objectives
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles, and viral video formats

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in short-form video editing and storytelling
  • Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve
  • Strong understanding of music rhythm, beats, and transitions
  • Experience with sound design, mixing, and SFX implementation
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver high-quality content
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and content trends (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in motion graphics (After Effects) is a plus
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
