The role of Medical Biller/Accounting Specialist involves collecting medical visit details from electronic medical records software, submitting medical bills/claims electronically to insurance companies, and following up on sent claims.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for verifying payroll data submitted by clinicians, auditing and approving clinicians' payroll, communicating with clients on a daily basis, and posting received payments from insurance companies to an in-house database.

Compiling and submitting daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual reports to administrators is also a key aspect of this position. Furthermore, critical thinking skills are required to analyze and optimize work performance, participate in continuing education, set personal and professional goals, and maintain patient and employee confidentiality.

This role requires minimal supervision and independence, with a strong focus on self-direction. The ideal candidate must have at least a Bachelor's or MBA degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, as well as excellent working knowledge of computer operations, Microsoft Word & Excel, and general internet-based applications.

A strong command over spoken and written English is also essential, along with residing within a reasonable driving distance from Islamabad. Physical requirements include sufficient hearing, eyesight, fine motor skills, and hand-eye coordination, as well as the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and sit for extended periods.

Job timings involve working primarily from 8 PM to 5 AM, with some shifts available during early evening hours. Candidates from English Medium Schools & A Levels/O Level Schools are preferred due to their familiarity with standard English language usage.
