As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist at ATSG, you will be responsible for designing and building Microsoft and Citrix Virtualization environments globally. This role requires effective communication in a corporate environment, utilizing PowerShell scripting to automate tasks across large IT estates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building Microsoft and Citrix Virtualization environments globally
  • Troubleshooting and administering Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019, and 2022 environments
  • Maintaining and supporting Citrix Desktop Virtualization environments globally
  • Staying updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to Citrix and Windows engineering
  • Architecture and design of Microsoft technologies such as AD sites and forests, domain controllers (RWDC, RODC, FSMO)
  • Setting up AD Trust relationships, ADFS, SSO, Certificate authority

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • 5+ years experience working as a Windows administrator
  • Experience in administering and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows 2012, 2019, and 2022
  • Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Citrix environments (Preferred)
  • Proven ability to communicate professionally in a corporate environment

Desirable items:

  • Knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, and network routing principles
  • Knowledge of Domain controllers
  • Knowledge of Citrix Storefront, Delivery controller, SQL, Citrix License
