Healthcare Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our acute care setting.

This is a shift job that requires working 24 hours, with periodic rotation of shifts. As a Nursing Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning patients to staff based on their care needs and available staffing. You will also ensure that nursing care is provided timely and as per physician's orders.

  • Nursing Care Oversight: Supervise the delivery of nursing care to patients, ensuring it meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Staff Management: Assign patients to staff, manage workload, and provide guidance and support to nursing staff as needed.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Education: Post RN B.Sc.N or B.Sc. General Nursing with at least 5 years' experience in an acute care setting.
  • Certifications: Should be registered with PNC and possess certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ECG. Additional diplomas in Health Management and specialization in ICU, ER are preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and supervisory skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office.
