**Software Project Manager Role Overview**

As a dynamic Associate Software Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our projects, ensuring seamless operations and stellar client satisfaction. This pivotal role requires gathering project requirements through collaborative documentation with clients, expertly managing the product backlog, and overseeing sprint planning and reporting.

The successful candidate will ensure project deliverables align with scope, schedule, and budget while proactively managing changes in project scope, identifying risks, and devising effective contingency plans.

You will facilitate and participate in key Agile rituals across Scrum teams, coaching team members and resolving conflicts as needed. Monitoring and reporting on Agile performance metrics to stakeholders will be part of your daily routine, as will seeking opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
