IT Support Professional

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Responding promptly to service issues and user requests.
  • Maintaining IT systems and networks.
  • Assisting in maintaining the inventory of all IT hardware and software.
  • Ensuring security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
  • Supporting IT documentation, user manuals, and procedures.
  • Assisting in implementing new technology solutions as needed.
  • Coordinating with external vendors for procurement or technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Internship experience in IT support or networking is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and IT systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
