Job Title: Director of Digital Growth Strategy

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Director of Digital Growth Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our digital business by developing and executing comprehensive strategies that leverage data and analytics.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement. Your expertise in performance marketing, customer lifecycle management, and data analysis will be essential in identifying opportunities for growth and optimizing our digital channels.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimize digital channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns that meet business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize digital media campaigns, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Work closely with product and sales teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in growth analytics, performance marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and search engine optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
