Key Responsibilities:

The Airfare Expert will be responsible for managing queues, liaising with airlines, and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key qualifications include extensive hands-on experience in ticketing and fare construction, proficiency in Sabre and other relevant software applications, and strong understanding of airline operations and industry best practices.

  • Proactively investigate and mitigate fraudulent bookings, ensuring the integrity of transactions and protecting the interests of both clients and the company.
  • Facilitate the addition of ancillary services to bookings, such as extra baggage, meal and seat requests, insurance, and manage procedures for airline name corrections and adding infants to bookings.
