Financial Manager Position

As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our clients by providing exceptional financial management and accounting services.

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. As a premier provider of Managed Information Technology Services, we believe that all businesses deserve access to high-quality, reasonably priced, dependable IT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing daily operations of an accounting department, including month-end and year-end processes, accounts payable and receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, bank reconciliations, payroll and utilities, treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting, revenue and expenditure variance analysis, capital assets reconciliations, trust account statement reconciliations, check runs, fixed asset activity, and debt activity.

You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing accounting data, producing financial reports or statements, establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles, coordinating and completing annual audits, providing recommendations, improving systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions, meeting financial accounting objectives, and maintaining fiscal files and records to document transactions.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct and supervise others.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven working experience as Accounting Manager, Accounting Supervisor, or Finance Manager
  • Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software, and databases
  • Ability to manipulate large amounts of data
  • Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to direct and supervise
