Senior Web Application Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Application Developer with a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality web applications using the Laravel framework. Our ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience working with Laravel and will be able to design and develop robust web applications that meet our customers' needs.

The successful candidate will ensure the performance, security, and scalability of our applications, write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, and integrate third-party APIs and services as needed. They will also collaborate with front-end developers and designers for seamless solutions, perform code reviews, mentor junior team members, troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop robust web applications with Laravel
  • Ensure performance, security, and scalability of applications
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
  • Integrate third-party APIs and services as needed
  • Collaborate with front-end developers and designers for seamless solutions
  • Perform code reviews and mentor junior team members
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years professional Laravel experience
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MVC frameworks, RESTful API development
  • Proficiency with MySQL/PostgreSQL databases
  • Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Vue.js)
  • Experience using GIT version control
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
