Software Engineering Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in designing and building integrations between our institutional trading platform and global crypto exchanges, OTC desks, and brokers.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend or connectivity engineering and proficiency in Golang or similar languages. You will be responsible for building and maintaining performant APIs and connectivity modules to external venues, developing high-quality, low-latency integrations for order routing, trade execution, and data ingestion, and collaborating with product and infrastructure teams to support exchange onboarding and new product launches.

Your skills and expertise will include:

  • Designing and implementing scalable and reliable systems
  • Integrating with crypto or financial trading venues
  • Familiarity with WebSocket, REST, and FIX APIs
  • Background in high-performance distributed systems
  • Knowledge of cloud-native development (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD

You will contribute to system reliability and observability with proper logging, monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus), and develop comprehensive automated tests for production readiness.
