Senior Monitoring Systems Specialist

A Bachelor's degree in relevant field and 4 years of experience in remote monitoring and data acquisition are required for this role.
Key Functions:
- System Setup and Maintenance: Set up, maintain, and ensure the smooth operation of remote monitoring systems at gas metering stations.
- Server Administration and Management: Administer and manage remote monitoring server applications and web interfaces to ensure seamless functionality.
- Data Management and Reporting: Maintain and update customer databases in remote monitoring server applications and generate reports as needed.
- User Access Control and Administration: Manage user access to web applications and perform administrative tasks.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data from remote monitoring systems to inform business decisions.
- Inventory Control and Procurement: Manage spare parts inventory and procure new equipment and supplies as needed.
- Team Leadership and Management: Lead teams, develop schedules, and allocate tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Performance Metrics and Evaluation: Establish and track KPIs to measure team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- System Reliability and Uptime: Ensure continuous availability of remote monitoring and data acquisition systems.
- Alarm and Notification Configuration: Configure gas closure alarms and notifications to facilitate timely response.
- Task Assignments and Support: Perform additional tasks assigned by supervisors and provide support to team members as needed.
