Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage our social media content lifecycle across multiple sectors.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their skills in digital marketing and social media content creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs, adapting style, format, and messaging to meet client needs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting client briefs, developing tailored strategies, executing the full content development process, and maintaining visual and messaging consistency across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and refine client briefs, generating ideas and proposals for static, carousel, video, and traditional assets.
  • Produce high-quality social media content that meets brand guidelines and complies with accessibility standards.
  • Develop tailored strategies for each client, adapting style, format, and messaging to meet unique audience needs.
  • Execute the full content development process, from ideation to publishing, ensuring seamless client service delivery.
  • Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and social media content creation.
  • Excellent communication skills with native-level British English grammar, spelling, and style.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret client briefs and deliver high-quality outputs requiring minimal revision.
  • Strong portfolio of static, carousel, and video content.
  • Proficiency in creative and scheduling tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Hootsuite, Later, Metricool, Buffer, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.

  • Sectoral experience in education, healthcare, social care, professional services, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of brand management, marketing strategy alignment, and content compliance.
  • High aesthetic and quality standards with attention to detail.
