About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate QA professional. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of .Net based software products through thorough testing and validation.

Your primary duties will involve:
  1. Designing and executing test plans to validate product features and ensure they meet client requirements.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and provide timely solutions.
  3. Providing expert advice and guidance to customers on product usage and features.
  4. Staying ahead of the curve by identifying emerging technologies and recommending improvements to our products.
  5. Conducting research tasks to gather data and insights that inform our product development.
  6. Reviewing technical documents and providing constructive feedback to enhance product quality.
  7. Developing and maintaining detailed test plans and cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  8. Documenting and tracking defects to ensure timely resolution.
  9. Performing regression testing to verify fixes and enhancements.
  10. Working closely with internal teams to understand system requirements and develop effective solutions.
  11. Maintaining expertise in new testing tools and strategies to drive process improvement.
  12. Establishing and enforcing standards for product quality and release readiness.
  13. Identifying areas for improvement in our quality assurance process and suggesting solutions.
  14. Ensuring smooth regression maintenance for new and existing products/features.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (Any major)
  • Experience: 0 – 2 years
  • Basic knowledge of ETL, and QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Analytical and persuasive mastery
  • Critical eye to find unseen problems
  • Passion for lifelong learning
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work in a team of diverse people
  • A keen interest in learning new technologies, features developed etc.
  • Must have basic knowledge of REST APIs and Databases.
