Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solar Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of solar energy systems for residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and configure solar panels, inverters, and other equipment according to industry standards and manufacturer specifications.
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar energy systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise during installation or maintenance.
  • Verify compliance with safety regulations and company policies to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including installation details, maintenance schedules, and any issues encountered.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with electrical systems and basic wiring techniques is essential.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is critical.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights are required.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Certification in solar panel installation or a related field.
