Sales and Business Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Lead to join our team at OneWood, Pakistan. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, with experience in leading sales teams and developing targeted marketing campaigns. You will be required to work closely with our marketing team to identify new business opportunities and develop targeted marketing campaigns to reach potential clients.
Your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed monthly sales targets by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will be expected to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. You will also be required to stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure that you are always ahead of the competition.
